Belarus PM arrives in St. Petersburg on working visit

Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov has arrived in St. Petersburg, Russia to attend the session of the Council of Ministers of the Belarus-Russia Union State, BelTA has learned.

The agenda of the session includes 19 matters related to cooperation in trade, economy, science, technology, migration, and other fields. Special emphasis will be put on the prospects of the development of mechanical engineering and agricultural cooperation in the Union State. The sides are to review the forecast supply/demand balance of major export items and the Union State fuel and energy balance for 2017.

Andrei Kobyakov is scheduled to meet with Russia Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on the sidelines of the session.
